Sushi + Doobie Rolling Workshop

(An UPscale, LOW-dose, responsibly infused event created for the cannabis curious)

Admit it.  You’d like to brush up on those doobie rolling skills, right?  Well then, you are cordially invited to join us for this fun event infused with education and entertainment! We’re certain you’ll leave the experience highly educated with a gift bag including enough product to do your “homework” with!

Turn your love of cooking and cannabis into an art form and learn how to make delicious sushi from Chef Victor Miller, a professional sushi chef who will guide you in the sophisticated art of infusing with cannabis as well as how to roll a doobie with flower provided by Hummingbird Medicinals! You’ll learn everything you need to know during this 2 hour, hands-on step-by-step workshop. Our featured infusion ingredients are:

Papa & Barkley Releaf Tincture: Chef Victor is infusing the PAPA & BARKLEY AH AH POKE MARTINI appetizer (menu below) with the 1:30 Releaf Tincture, which captures P&B’s whole plant infusion into a cannabinoid rich tincture. This robust tincture is ideal for whole body aches and pains with two ratios, 3:1 and 1:30 THC:CBD

Pot d’ Huile Cannabis-Infused Olive Oil: Chef Victor is infusing the POT D’ HUILE MEYER DRY MISO appetizer (menu below) with Pot d’ Huile, the premier solution for both culinary professionals and home cooks seeking convenience and precision, flavor neutrality and maximum benefit.

Our Hostess for the evening is the wonderful, Keiko Beatie of Green Wave Relations.

The evening consists of:

– Pass Appetizers (see menu below)
– Brite Labs Vape Lounge
– Demonstration on how to roll a blow O’s by our Valedictorian: Comedian, Cannabis Activist, Producer/Co-host of The Budd@wolfiememes, Co-Host of “Sam in the Morning with Rachel” on LA Talk Radio, Rachel Wolfson
– Demonstration on how to roll a Doobie by Chef Victor Miller
– An education from Chef Victor on sushi history, including where to find it and how to know if it’s good fish
– An understanding of dosing
– Choosing the right flower to pair with your meal
– Proper grind on your Hummingbird Medicinals flower
– Preparing sushi rice
– Demonstration on how to roll a SUMO CRUNCHY ROLL (see menu below) Vegetarian option available – infusion with Papa & Barkley optional)
– Taste and smoke your labors
– Dessert by Pepper & Co. Medibles

On the Menu

SMOKED SCALLOP TE-MAKI: Drunken smoked Hokkaido scallop, kappa, negi, miji & unagi sauce w/ freshly ground sesame (no infusion).

POT D’ HUILE MEYER DRY MISO: Sashimi grade Scottish salmon, drizzled w/ Pot d’ Huile EVOO, freshly squeezed Meyer lemon, shoga, truffle salt, micro medley (2mg THC/serving)

PAPA & BARKLEY AH AH POKE MARTINI: Sushi rice, fresh Hawaiian Ahi tuna poke, topped w/ crispy onions & garlic miji sauce infused with Papa & Barkley 1:30 THC:CBD Releaf Tincture (1.5mg THC: 5mg CBD/serving)

About the Chef: Chef Victor Miller comes to us from the great land of Alaska. Born and raised in the beautiful little city of Seward surrounded by natural skyscrapers and bountiful waters. He has been lucky enough to work with some of the highest quality seafood the world has to offer and accepts no less. Chef Victor has made sushi for over half his life, and for events such as the Stanley Cup, NBA finals, Americas Cup, Grammy’s and X-Games. The Dalai Lama, Larry David, and Bill Gates are just a few of his past customers.
