Drop into the experience with the healing sounds of Divasonic Music & Sound
Since we’re a “moveable” feast, each delicious course of Chef Eduardo Pineda’s menu is served in a different area of the compound.
~SUNSET COURSE: Arugula Salad with date, pickled shallot, goat cheese, hemp seeds and a lemon hibiscus vinaigrette which happens to be the most beautiful shade of pink we’ve ever seen.
~MOONRISE COURSE: Rabbit Ragu with cipollini onion, carrot, ghee, thyme, cannabis leaves (veg option: Mushroom Ragu). Ingredient featuring: Can O’ Budder medicated ghee
~STARGAZER COURSE: Prickly Pear Granita with candied budda hands and pickled tamarind by Chef Eduardo
The Stargazer course also features marvelous, meticulously hand-crafted cannabis chocolates, brought to life as irresistible, nutty truffles, and bold, boozy bonbons by To Whom It May. For or a non-medicated, natural sugar high, we have “T” from The Sweet Spot to share her knowledge and samplings of locally grown desert dates!
Much like wine tasting, you may taste, smell & feel the properties of quality, NorCal, sun grown pre-rolls, compliments of our friends at The Emerald Exchange!
The evening will be enhanced by the beauty of floral arrangements by Flowers On Flowers.
Both seatings culminate with a mind-blowing live performance by Matt Adams of The Blank Tapes on the Moon Tripper Stage.
Listen to the Moon! Artist Kyle Simon built a custom telescope that mechanically rotates through the night sky. As the machine rotates, it plays the night sky like a thumb piano, creating what Simon calls the Sirens’ Song. This sonic experience provides the opportunity to meditate on our interactions with the universe and the mysterious forces that govern us.
View world-class functional art up close and personal, compliments of Func.Art Gallery
Mary Jane University will be there with a fine selection of glassware (water pipes, etc.) and accessories.
Be enchanted by the Faerie Jane Oasis featuring glass jewelry and intuitive tarot readings with cannabis plant messages by Vega of the Valley!
Enjoy a cup of relaxation in the Cosmic Tea Garden and hookah samplings by Issac

About the Chef: Born in Pasadena, Eduardo Pineda drew his early flavor influences from cooking with his Mexican/Salvadorean family and from tasting the incredible flavors from the Asian restaurants surrounding the area he grew up in. These influences led him to study cooking at Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco.
After culinary school, Chef Pineda began working in many fine dining restaurants in the Bay Area, as well as Los Angeles, where he was able to practice and refine his technique. Also keeping his focus on a more personal fine dining approach, he has helped to cook and coordinate many pop-up dinners, including his own, as well as private cannabis-infused dinners.
Using local desert ingredients in fresh ways to create his own desert dinner experiences was a driving force behind his move to Palm Spring and the Mojave in general. Chef Pineda became the Executive Sous Chef at The Workshop Kitchen while also helping to set up their new tapas-style bar, Truss & Twine, which also focused on local, seasonal desert ingredients.
Creating dishes with cannabis as an ingredient has always been part of his culinary passion, which has developed into using the whole plant for all of its nutritional and herbal qualities. Always continuing to elevate the dining experience to a higher level.
